About Edmond Blake Andrews Severino:

Born in the Panama Canal Zone, Edmond is a natural born dual citizen of the USA and Panama. As a young man, Mr. Andrews joined the US Air Force and is now a veteran. From 2000-2004, he served as a Panamanian Ambassador to the President of Panama.
